Seminar: Foundations of Aiki with Chris Moses

April 18th-20th, 2025

Please join The Dojo in Denton and Peaceful Storm Dojo in Weatherford for a special opportunity to train with longtime internal practitioner Christian Moses!

This seminar will focus on underlying principles and exercises to better manifest aiki in yourself and in your training. Christian Moses brings over 30 years of training experience with nearly 20 specifically focusing on the foundational body skills and basics behind aiki. Through solo and partner exercises we will explore the internal body organization and connections that lead to an aiki body and how to apply those concepts into whatever training paradigm you come from whether that’s traditional weapons, aikido, aikijujutsu, tai chi, or catch wrestling. We will look at how to develop more functional connection and looseness in you, how to resist pushing into pressure, and building tools that can help create dynamic spontaneous technique. We will explore functional softness.
