The Arts We Teach
Aikido
The nature of aikido allows it to be readily accessible to practitioners of virtually any age, from students to grandparents.
Judo
In harmony with the devotion to “maximum efficiency,” the founder of modern Judo, Dr. Jigoro Kano, also strove to uphold an ideal of “mutual benefit.”
Jodo
Jodo is a little known Japanese martial art centered primarily around the use of a short staff, called a jo, particularly as it is applied in the defense against the Japanese swordsman.
Iaido
Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaido is one of the oldest traditional sword schools of Japan, beginning about 450 years ago.
Sumo
Sumo is Japan’s national sport. It promotes strength, balance, and technique to take your opponent out of the dohyo or down to the ground.
Tai Chi
The ultimate goal of taijiquan is perfect mechanical efficiency in movement and being able to direct kinetic energy through your body’s structure.

Windsong Dojo operates under Twelve Winds Foundation. Twelve Winds is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the State of Oklahoma. All donations are tax-deductible.
