We offer several classes per week to fit almost anyone’s schedule. Attend morning, noon, evening, or weekend classes as little or as often as you’d like. Check the schedule to find a time that works best for you. (Sorry, we don’t offer children’s classes at this time).

Aikido

Jodo

Jodo is a little known Japanese martial art centered primarily around the use of a short staff, called a jo, particularly as it is applied in the defense against the Japanese swordsman.
